this party had a butterfly them and so I went with the colors from the theme and created this cake:

this party had a circus them so I created this tent cake and used colors from the chosen party decor:

1st Birthday Cakes

this is one that was made from a photo that was sent to me
and there is also a smaller version of this for the birthday girl to tear into:

this is also a first birthday cake that was made freehand with no template, just an idea:

Thanks for coming to my blog! Simply Chic Cakes started from my love of baking and decorating my daughters birthday cakes each year, it's something my mom did for me and I wanted to carry that out to my children. I never thought about doing anything more until I was approached about making a wedding cake... And that's when Simply Chic Cakes was born.
